Good News!!

I can tell you!! This is the good news!!!!!

Jon's offer was accepted today. It was a tough bargaining phase which was why I was so hesitant to say anything earlier- we weren't sure if it was going to happen. Now we can move on to the inspections and all of that. If all goes well, closing will be November 12th and Jon's moving in right after that. Like seriously... probably an hour after papers are signed. lol

I will go into the details of this long, long journey later. For now, however, take a look at the link and let me know what you think. :-)

PS- good job to Sarah for guessing correctly!

Thank you so much!! We're so excited. Loved the house, the neighborhood, all with the cute older homes and close to work. Some things could use some fixing up, but, isn't that the fun of having your own place?

Thanks hun!! The place definitely had charm the minute we walked in. As we walked around, sat down, it got under my skin- I kinda was thinking, 'yeah this is it!'. Unfortunately, I don't think Jon has enough furniture to fill the space right now, except for the kitchen he has plenty for that room! lol

What a gorgeous house! I love the new cabinetry in the kitchen! Congratulations, Megan. Definitely looks like Home Sweet Home.

Lizz you have a blogger profile?!? Suhweet!! Thanks so much. We love the kitchen though the wallpaper is sooooo going to have to go. We're going to wait to see what the inspectors say so that way we know how to prioritize the project list.

Congrats to Jon! That's a big step but worth every agonizing moment. Maybe you'll be moving in soon too?

LoL Who knows at this point Dedene! That is probably down the line, but, no specific plans in place yet as we've been waiting for this step to happen for MONTHS! Once this goes through I think we'll both be like, 'ok... now what?' lol
